Are you an employer looking for your next hire? Members can access exclusive packages to post jobs on the Career Center’s job boards at a 10% discount. Premium packages include upgrades that display job postings in twice‐monthly Job Flash update emails to all job seekers and/or on YM Careers’ entire network, enabling members to post open roles across any relevant job board hosted on YM Careers.

New Resources for Job Seekers

Are you on the hunt for your next opportunity in the agronomic, crop, soil, and environmental sciences? Job seekers can post professional profiles and resumes and browse our vetted clearinghouse of open positions on the Career Center job board. Postings now include info on the position’s location, including details on cost of living and safety. Members can also access a variety of new resources in the Career Center’s career‐planning portal, including career advice articles spanning topics like networking, resumes, cover letters, and interviewing. YM Careers also partners with screened career coaches who Society members can connect with to receive individualized feedback. Members can also sign up for Job Flash update emails sent twice a month as well as customized keyword job alerts sent daily or weekly.
